Carl Vincent was the son of Albert and Rose (Malle) Anch. He married Jean E. Sharp on Feb 22, 1964 in Jackson County, MO., they had 5 children: Vincent, Tina, Toni, Carla and John.
Carl was a 1953 graduate of De La Salle High School where he served as class president and attained the rank of Lt. Colonel. He was an honor roll student with perfect attendance all four year of high school. He earned his associates degree at Donnelly College. He was employed with the Kansas City Office, Defense Mapping Agency for 35 years retiring in 1988. He was an all-star baseball player throughout his youth with 3 & 2 Baseball and the American Legion. Carl was an accomplished pianist, loved playing tennis and chess, and making his own Italian sausage for family & friends.
