Taylor W. LaMaster, 97 of Carrollton, died Monday, September 12, 1983 at the Baptist East Hospital, Louisville. He was a native of Turners Station, where he farmed until he retired. After retirement, he worked for Marshall Harris Tobacco Warehouse Company in Carrollton until 1978.
He is survived by two nieces: Mrs. Martha Godbey and Mrs. Virginia Cambron, both of Louisville; a nephew: Homer LaMaster; a step-daughter: Helen Sturgeon, Turners Station and a great-niece: Martha Lee Ferrel.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 14th at Ratterman's, St. Matthews. Rev. Tom Conway officiated. Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery.
