Christopher Salisbury (Wurzzy/Attaboy/fb: Christopher Sal) Wurzburg, unexpectedly on November 20, 2016 at age 24 in Los Angeles, California, where he was living his dream. Musician, songwriter, recording artist, producer, and web developer, he is the much-beloved son of Diane and Ted, of Barnstable, Massachusetts, as well as the beloved brother of Alyssa, of Denver, Colorado, and Jeremy, of Mashpee, Massachusetts. He was pre-deceased by his cherished and talented sister, Mallory in 2004, in who's arms he now rests.
Born in Concord, Massachusetts, he grew up in Penfield and Brockport, New York, and attended Finger Lakes College, where he pursued a degree in Music Recording Technology. Talented, dynamic, and charismatic, he founded and led numerous bands including "Catch Me if You Can" and "Forget Me in Vegas". In addition to producing and collaborating on other recording projects, he wrote and scored soundtracks for several indie films and had worked for Apple in California.
Chris' visitation will be held Monday December 5th 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Service will be celebrated Tuesday, December 6th, 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Hillside Cemetery, 4065 Holley Byron Rd, Holley, New York 14470.
