Mrs. Florence C. Parker, 72, of 1801 Stanford Pl., died at 1:10 p.m. Sunday in the Anna-Henry Nursing Home where she had been a patient for a year and a half.
Born April 4, 1900, in Lafayette, Colo., she had lived in Edwardsville 46 years. Her parents were the late John and Bertha Gantner Considine.
Survivors are her husband, Porter R. Parker; a son, John P. Parker, Edwardsville; sisters Mrs. Walter (Birdie) Dorr, Edwardsville, nad Mrs. D. R. (Carolyn) Blodgett, Wheaton; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A brother and sister preceded her in death.
Mrs. Parker was a member of St. John's United Methodist church.
Friends may call at the Lesley Marks Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery at Belleville.
