George Lissant Cox, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35,
intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property,
and to relieve Trustees." Notice is hereby given, that all persons having any
claims, debts, or demands upon or against the estate
of George Lissant Cox, of Brunswick-street, Liverpool, in
?the county of Lancaster, Iron Merchant (who died on the
2nd day of July, I860, and whose will was proved on the
15th day of August following, in the District Registry at
Liverpool of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, by Nathaniel
Cox, Henry Cox, and James Rowe, three of the executors
therein named), are hereby required to send in the particu
lars of their claims, debts, or demands to as, the undersigned,
on or before the 1st day of December, 1874. And notice is
further given, that after the said last-mentioned day the
executors will proceed to divide and distribute the assets of
the said George Lissant Cox, haying regard only to the
o'aims, debts, and demands of which they shall then have
lad notice ; and that the executors will nol be liable for ttiesaid
assets so distributed to any person or persons of whose
debts, claims, or demands they shall not then have badnotice.—
