Graveside services for Betty Ann Patman, 83, of Temple will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 10 at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery in Temple with Reverend Jay Thomas officiating.

Mrs. Patman passed away on Friday, December 4, 2016 at a local care facility.

Betty Ann Patman (Roberson) was born on April 30, 1933 to Oscar Roberson and Fannie Burgess in Cleburne, Texas. She was a proud mother and loving wife. She enjoyed sewing for her family and making clothes for her children and for dolls. She tended to a beautiful flower garden. She enjoyed the simple things in life and was a Christian by faith.

Mrs. Patman was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, A.C. Patman; a brother, J.W. Roberson; and a sister, Margie Nell Chenault.

Survivors include her son, James A. Patman; daughter, Cathy Patman; a granddaughter; and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Betty's name to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation, 110 East 42nd Street, 16th Floor New York, NY 10017.

The family wished to extend a special thank you to the Sodalis Memory Care facility and Southern Care Hospice for their outstanding care.

Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 p.m. Friday, December 9, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple.
