William Becker, known to many as Wild Bill and to the family as Pee Wee, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, peacefully in his home following an illness. Bill was born Jan. 10, 1955, in Boise to Leonard E. and Merla L. Becker.
Bill grew up in Mountain Home. When he was four years old, he became a big brother to his new sister, Shelley Ann.

When Bill was older, he played football as a linebacker in school. Bill went on to work in the woods as a log choker setter. After some time, he was asked to work in the saw mill.

When Bill was 29, he met Gail Ann Whitman. After some time, they married. Shortly after, they gave birth to their little girl, Selena Ann -- the love of his life. Bill and Gail later divorced.

After a while, Bill went to work for Century Communications and stayed there for 18 years. During that time, Bill remarried. His marriage was to Annemarie Elizabeth West. With this marriage, he gained a stepson, Nathaniel Herschel West.

Bill deeply loved the hills and going hunting with his friends, Kenny Pierce, Gerald Freeman and his father when he was younger. His love for horses was incredible.

He was also an amazing artist. Bill loved drawing horses the most. He was quite the goof. He was well known by many for his great sense of humor and his shenanigans.

Bill became a widower May 18, 2016, after Annemarie lost her battle with cancer.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Selena Becker of Boise; his stepson, Nathaniel West and granddaughter Bailey West; his sister, Shelley Bauder; and his mother, Merla Becker all of Mountain Home.

He requested, no services will be held. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
