After an illness of 2 years, Ira Greenwood, known as "Bert" passed away at the residence on S Wash. St. at 1 am Mon at 50 years old.
He was born in Owen Co, 7-18-1883. In 1903 he was united in marriage to Susan Verna Miller & moved to Jasonville where he was actively engaged in the barber & drug store business until he became ill. He was a member of the Lutheran church.

Services were at the Christian church Wed pm. Rev FJ Klopfer, pastor of the Lutheran church, Terre Haute, officiating. Burial at Lebanon Cemetery.
