FUNERALS
Clement H. Marantette
Funeral services for Clement H. Marantette were held yesterday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Matthew's church, Rev. Father O'Farrell officiating. The pallbearers were Ben Bruyer, Gregory Duffy, John R. White, Clyde Carr, W. F. Tucker and Julius Stender. Interment was in Conrad Memorial Cemetery under the direction of the Kalispell Funeral Home.
OBITUARY
Clement H. Marantette was born at Wayne County, Michigan, September 20, 1861, and passed away August 27, 1937 at his home on Fifth Avenue east north, following a long period of ill health. Mr. Marantette had made his home here for the past 36 years, and was a veteran mail carrier, having retired in 1932 after 29 years of service.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Della of Missoula, and Mrs. Orene Jenkins, of Spokane; a son, E. J. of Columbia Falls; a sister, Mrs. C. W. Bush, San Jose, California; and a brother, C. A., of Sarasota, Florida.

First wife: Delia Bush, born 3/14/1868, died in Brownstown, Michigan 12/4/1892, burial unknown. She is the mother of Margaret and Edward. Clement shares a headstone with Delia's brother, Nary (his brother-in-law).
