Mrs. Hanley, 61, Charleston, Dies
CHARLESTON, Ill. — Mrs. Helen Corinne Hanley, 61, died about 8:45 a.m. Sunday in the Adkins Nursing Home here where she had been a patient since Dec. 1.
Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Lewis funeral home where friends may now call. Burial will be in Roselawn cemetery.
Mrs. Hanley was born Jan. 29, 1898, in Charleston, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Goodman. She attended the local schools. For a number of years she was employed at the Corner Confectionery.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Elmer Goodman of Charleston, a daughter, Mrs. William Fisher of Decatur; two sons, Carlos, Panama, and Leland, Arcola; two sisters, Mrs. Ann Cowan, Joliet and Mrs. George Beltz, Washington, D.C.; three brothers, Clyde, Charleston; Frederick, Round Lake, and Harold, St. Louis, and two granddaughters.
Mrs. Hanley was a member of the Christian Church and the Rebekah Lodge of Charleston.
