Carolyn Sue Keller, 62 of Akron, passed away at her home on December 19, 2016 with her family at her side. Carolyn Sue Garlow was born in Concordia, Kansas on June 26, 1954 to Earl William and Doreen Mary Garlow. She attended school in Elbert, Colorado, graduating in 1973. She married Donald Keller on August 10, 1997. She will be remembered as an artist, cook, singer, and dancer. She was a member of the DoLittle’s Pool Team as well. Carolyn’s family was especially important to her, and she was known for her love and hugs. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Sarah, and brother LeRoy. She is survived by her husband, her daughters, sons and their families. She is also survived by seven sisters. A funeral service will be held Friday, December 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Peace Lutheran Church of Akron. Viewing will be held from 9 to 11a.m. the morning of the service at Peace Lutheran Church. Interment will follow at the Akron Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Peace Lutheran Church.
