Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Badgett was born August 18, 1924 in Smith County to the late Charley Powell and Bessie Mae Donoho Powell.
She is survived by brother, Harvey Glen Powell (Bernice) of Hendersonville; and nieces and nephews, Jeanette Childers (Johnny) of Goodletsville, Charlotte Glover (Kenny) of Gallatin, Sherri Hoy (David) of Gallatin, Mike Powell (Pat) of Lindle, GA, David Powell (Kathy) of Portland, Sandy Prater (Jim) of Bethpage, Sue Scott (Rod) of Christiana, Scotty Powell of Indiana, Dusty Powell (Julie) of Indiana, Charles Powell (Vicki) of Ormond, FL, Jerry Powell (Minnie) of Nashville, Norma Lowe (Eddie) of Gallatin, and Geraldine Boner of Madison.
She was the owner of Badgett's Beauty Shop.
