Daniel J. Troxell died in Frankfort Wednesday, his death having come after a long period of illness. He was born in Pennsylvania 78 years ago, but his family came to this state when he was a child, and he grew to manhood on the farm just north of the Pleasant Hill church, in Ross township. Early in life he was married to Miss Sadie Kreisher. For many years he followed farming as a vocation, but in the latter years of his life he followed carpentering.

Surviving are the one son and three daughters. The funeral service was conducted today - Friday, and the burial was at Bunnell's.

The Stephen Troxell family was a large one, but now there are only two survivors - Mrs. Charles Sharp, of McGrawsville, and M. S. Troxell, of Cambria. The deceased members of the family are Clinton, Adam, Allen, Walter, Mrs. Chris Miller, and Mrs. Wm. Kent.
