Patricia "Patsy" Blevins, youngest daughter of Sanford Eugene Blevins and the former Miss Carried Bell Persinger, was born on June 30th 1931 in Brownstown, Indiana. Known by all as Patsy, she departed her young life twenty days before her eleventh birthday on June 10th 1942. Patsy was laid to rest beside her father in Fairview Cemetery.
