Joel Ray Abramson of Scottsdale, Arizona, previously of Thiensville, died Dec. 27, 2016.

He was born Aug. 24, 1931.

Abramson is survived by his wife Marilyn, son Gary (Amy) Abramson of Atlanta, daughter Jaclyn (Harry) Zigan of Mequon and son Brian Abramson. Survivors include grandchildren Matthew Zigan of Lacrosse and Noah Abramson of Atlanta; also his son-in-law Bruce Andrews and sister-in-law Flora Abramson.

He was predeceased by his daughter Cynthia Abramson-Andrews and brother Earl Abramson.

Services were held in Scottsdale, Arizona.
