LIBERTYTOWN - Randal Allan Buzzell, 20, of Glisans Mill Road, near Libertytown, died Sunday as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Old Rt. 75 and Gas House Pike. Born July 28, 1961 in Wilmington, Del., he was the son of Harold O. Buzzell of Glisans Mill Road, and Natalie Gilbert Buzzell of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. He was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church of Libertytown. A graduate of Linganore High School Class of 1979. he was the captain of the Tennis Team. He was a sophomore at Montgomery Junior College, Germantown Campus, and a member of the college tennis team. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a sister, Debra J. Buzzell of Hyde Park, N.Y., two brothers, David H. Buzzell of Takoma Park, and Mark G. Buzzell of Glisans Mill Road, his paternal grandfather. Harold F. Buzzell of Dixfield, Maine, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Gilbert of Oakland, Maine. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Cape Elizabeth, Maine. A memorial mass will be celebrated Monday, Sept. 21, at 10:30 a.m. at St Peter's Catholic Church, Libertytown. The Libertytown Funeral Home of D.D. Hartzler is in charge of arrangements.
