Visiting at Gilbert Funeral Home, 10 a.m. Saturday until religious services at 2 p.m. Interment in Southern Memorial Gardens. Survived by parents, Gloria J. Joseph and Lawrence E. Scott, Baton Rouge; a daughter, Courtney Banks, Baton Rouge; two sons, Russell Montell Banks and Ruston Dijon Scott, both of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Jacqulyn Lynette Scott and Rosalyn Yvette Lee, both of BatonRouge; a brother, Lawrence Kevin Scott, Baton Rouge; two aunts, Carole Jones Lee, New Orleans, and Laura Freeman, Baton Rouge; an uncle, Frank W. Jarmon, Baton Rouge; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Anna Jarmon; paternal grandmother, Eloise B.
