Lynn Jackson "Jack" Howe, age 86, of Elm St. in Ravenna passed away Saturday, November 8, 2014, at his home following a long illness. He was born August 14, 1928 in Estill Co. and was the son of the late Harry and Nellie Ballard Howe. He was a United States Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a retired employee of the Bluegrass Army Depot. He had lived in Estill County most of his life. He is survived by:
