Charlotte Telsrow, Aladdin, Wyoming; brother, Del Baird, Paudach, KY; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Baird was born March 24, 1953 in Cody, Wyoming. She was retired from Gwinnett County Government Fire Department with over thirty years of service. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Dr. Jim Ferguson officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
