Magdalena Duryea was named in her father's will dated on 13 December 1718 daughter "Magdelene Okie."
Will dated 13 December 1718 proved 9 Jun 1727. Joost Derieu, of Bushwick, Kings County. Names his wife Kernetie Derieu (£7, 10s.). My children hereafter named (viz) Joost Derieu, Jacque Derieu, Abraham Derieu, Charles Derieu, Simon Derieu, Antenette Lequier, and Magdelene Okie. Appoints his "dear and loving wife" as sole executrix. Signs with his mark (X). Witnesses: James Bobin, Ann Bobin, Isaac Bobin. Proved 9 Jun 1727 by Isaac Bobin, Gent., before William Burnet, Esq. At the proving the executrix is called, "Cornelia Derieu, in the will named," who takes oath as executrix.
