He was survived by his wife and three children, and the following brothers and sisters, Andrew Spencer of New Castle, Harry of Mercer, and William of Kansas City, Miss Mary Jane Spencer and Mrs. Rose Bowers of New Castle, Mrs. David Campbell of Sharon, Mrs. Newton Hunter and Mrs. John Martin.
