Funeral services for Mildred L. Funck of Muskogee, formerly of El Reno, were held Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2007, in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Glen Kortemeier officiating. Interment was in the El Reno Cemetery.
Mrs. Funck died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007, at Broadway Manor Nursing Home in Muskogee. She was born March 1, 1921, in Hyer, N.M. She came to Oklahoma in the early '40s. She was a homemaker and attended the Baptist church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Ruby (Roper) Horton; husbands, Marshall Lanier and Earl Ray Funck; and sons, Rayburn Lanier and Orville Lanier.
Survivors include her daughter, Margaret Settle and husband, Danny Lodge of Muskogee; a brother and a sister; seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
