Kasey was preceded in death by his sister Sarah, and is survived by his wife Margery, sister Betty, four children, two nieces, six grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
He will be inurned at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery outside of Dixon, California, and a celebration of his life will be held later this spring.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks those who wish to make a donation to either St. Jude Hospital or Shriner's Hospital in his memory.
