Randi Andrine Elaiason, 90, of Renville died Saturday at RenVilla Nursing Home in Renville.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Lutheran Church in Renville with the Rev. Steve Weston officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Renville. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., at Dirks-Blem Funeral Home in Renville, and for one hour prior to services at the church.
She was born Sept. 6, 1913, south of Sacred Heart to Anton and Andrine (Bjerkeset) Lalim. She attended rural school near her family farm.
She married Howard Throngard on May 12, 1946. They lived in Sacred Heart and Renville until he died in 1983. She married Delmore Elaiason on May 4, 1985. He died in 1993.
She was a longtime member of first Lutheran Church and its ladies aid. She was an active member of Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by two sons: Howard and Lowell; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren; three brothers: Carl, Albert and Ardell; two sisters: Mabel and Alice.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; son, Bob; and infant son, Thomas; three brothers; and two sisters.
