Terri Lynn LaViolette, age 57, a Manitowoc resident, entered eternal life on January 23, 2017.

Terri was born on August 4, 1959 in St. Paul, MN, daughter of Arvon Peter and the late Carol (Frassetto) Peter. She married Loren LaViolette on July 28, 1979. Terri loved to travel out west with her husband. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Terri was a member of the Junior Ladies Aid.

Survivors include her husband: Loren; her children: Jill (Scott) Schultz, Portage, WI, Amy (Matt) Ewart, Lakeville, MN, Phil (Andrea) LaViolette, Elk River, MN, Katie (Jeff) Fischer, Mendota Heights, MN; and her grandchildren: Caleb, Chloe, Jackie, Eli, Logan, Naomi, Aaron, Tommy, Teddy and Audrey. She is further survived by her father: Arvon Peter; her siblings: Mona (Dennis) Friske, Suzy (Gary) Steinmetz, Debbie Peter, Kris (Bob) Lischka, Dave (Stacey) Peter; and her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Lynn Paulson, Lori (Duane) Wiegand, Lane (Terri) LaViolette. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and many loving friends. She was preceded in death by her mother: Carol Peter; her father-in-law and mother-in-law: Kenneth and Jane LaViolette; a brother-in-law: Larry LaViolette and her granddaughter: Phoebe Schultz.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2017 at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Pastor Ben Blumer with entombment at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth.

The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2017. The visitation will continue on Friday morning at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
