M. Arrine Burdette Fitzer, 81, of North Hills, WV died January 26, 2017 at her residence. She was born January 17, 1936 in Parkersburg a daughter of the late Marvin Sylvester and Gladys Cleavinger Enoch.

Arrine was a founding member of the Grand Central Church of Christ, longtime member of Stepping Stones for Ohio Valley University and was a volunteer at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital for the Ladies Auxiliary. She was also the first lady certified pawn broker in Parkersburg and enjoyed baking with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband V. Fred Fitzer; three children, Steve (Sherry) Burdette of Parkersburg; Tami Burdette (Randy) Speth of North Olmsted, OH; Cyndi Burdette (Scott) DeLancey of Versailles, KY; three step children, Fredda Axmacher of Parkersburg, Donna (John Mark) Miller of Mineral Wells; Eric (Sharon) Fitzer of Vienna; seven grandchildren, Michelle, Nicole, Rachael, Christian, Justin, Brooke, Ali; nine great grandchildren; two brothers, Harold Gene Enoch, Marvin Enoch, Jr.; and one sister, Mary Parriot.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harley Burdette; one sister Marie Cooper and one brother Leo Enoch.

Services will be Saturday 11:00 am at the Grand Central Church of Christ, 5805 Grand Central Avenue, Vienna, WV 26105 with Evangelist Joe Spivy officiating.

Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery North.
