Carrie B. Sexton, 52, of Davenport passed away unexpectedly Jan. 26, 2017.
A celebration of life will be 1-4 p.m. Sunday at the Quad-City Botanical Center in Rock Island. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to The Family Credit Union, 1600 John Deere Road, Silvis, or any of The Family Credit Unions in the area in memory of Carrie Sexton.

Carrie was born Jan. 31, 1964, in Iowa City, the daughter of Elmer and Karen (Wallace) Rotenburger. She married Aaron Sexton in December of 1980. Carrie worked as a facilities coordinator at CASI. She enjoyed antiques and crafts and once was an owner of an antiques store. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed life itself.
Survivors include her daughters, Courtney (Jason) Sullivan of Port Byron and Shaylen (Todd) Striley of Clinton; grandchildren, Chloe, Finley, Ryder, Faith and Gavin; sister, Becky Wiley.


Carrie was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather and her grandparents.
