Joshua was the son of Michael Emerson and Hannah Webster of Haverhill, Mass. He m. Haverhill 2 July 1706 Mary CLARK, the daughter of Haniel Clark and Mary Gutterson. Joshua was called of Methuen in his will, dated 29 May 1742, and proved 19 July 1742, naming wife Mary and children. These dates strongly suggest that he died in June 1742. Children, all b.
