Mollie Irene Huff, 99, of Fanwood, N.J., died Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, at her residence, where she had lived for 41 years. Mollie's Life Celebration will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13, at Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Ave., Cranford, N.J. Her funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013 at Calvary Lutheran Church, Cranford. Burial will follow later in Hazelwood Cemetery, Rahway, N.J. Born on March 13, 1914, in Sterling, Colo., to John and Anna Marie Maier, Mollie was married for 49 years to Glenn M. Huff; he died on Feb. 8, 1983. She was also predeceased by her daughter, Dorla Dean Huff, who died in 1934. Mollie was employed by Jacques Kreisler Jewelry & Co. of North Bergen N.J. and retired after 25 years. A member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Cranford for 41 years, she was a member of the church Altar Guild and Sewing Circle, as well as a participant in many Bible studies. She enjoyed reading and traveling. Mollie is survived by her children, Rev. Gordon L. Huff (wife Sheila) of Mount Laurel N.J.; Glenda and Doreen Huff of Fanwood N.J.; grandchildren, Kathryn L. Wallace (husband Marco) of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; Timothy L. Huff (wife Linda) of Westfield, N.J.; John C. Huff (wife Fran) of Naperville, Ill.; Cynthia J. Cound (husband Mike) of Chattanooga Tenn.; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Memorial contributions in Mollie's memory may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 108 Eastman St., Cranford, N.J. 07016.
