Robert McClain Crowley, 74, Excelsior Springs, died Sept. 28, 1991, in Rayville, Mo. He was a lifelong Excelsior Springs area resident. Mr. Crowley was a maintenance worker for the Missouri Highway Department, retiring in 1981. He was a member of the Highway Department union. Earlier he worked for the Bill Taylor Oil Co. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion. Services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Prichard Chapel, Excelsior Springs; burial in Old New Garden Cemetery, Excelsior Springs. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the chapel.
