According to a death notice found by Paul Thompson in the Daily Illinois State Register for Friday, Aug. 4, 1899, Springfield, Il, pg. 4, Hettie died at her home in Ashland. I suspect that some of the headstones for this branch of the Allen family were replaced at some point with some errors accidentally put on the new headstones.

Note: When Morgan & Hettie (Graffis) Allen were living in Hocking Co., OH in the 1850 census, Catharine Graffis 1778 PA wasn't living very far from them.
