EMILY A. S. ADAIR

Mrs. Emily Anna Schoenfeldt Adair, 68, 253 1/2 W. 4th North, died at her residence Monday at 2:50 p.m. of carcinoma.
She was born July 17, 1878, in Alsace-Lorraine, Germany, a daughter of Frederick Wilhelm Schoenfeldt and Wilhelmina Forberg. She came with her parents to the United States, settling in Galena, Ill. where she was married to George Bainbridge in 1901. He died in 1908.
She was married to John Morris Adair, May 18, 1911, in Highwood, Ill. They moved to Salt Lake City in 1910 (sic) where they had resided since.
Mrs. Adair was a member of the Lutheran church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, and a daughter, Ida Mae Adair Eng, both of Salt Lake City, and a son, Wilfred Nicholas Bainbridge, Savanna, Ill.
