Mrs. Frances S. Hand Harper, age 72, of Birmingham, died August 13,1995. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, retired from Jefferson County; preceded in death by her son, the late Timothy Hand.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 15, at 10 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home-Trussville with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m.
Survivors: husband, Mr. Charles R. Harper, Birmingham; son, John Hand,Columbus, Miss.; three grandchildren.
