Mr. Jerry Neal Flowers, age 70 of Riverdale, Georgia passed away February 8, 2017. He was born in Abbeville, Alabama to the late Voncile and Cecil Flowers. Jerry was preceded in death by siblings, Lola Susan Flowers, Stephen Adair Flowers and Wallace Charles Flowers. He faithfully served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was retired from Allied Universal and was a member of the Mableton Moose Lodge and the American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Jackie Mae Flowers; children, James “Rick” (Tammy) Flowers of Locust Grove, GA, Bobby Dion Flowers, of Atlanta, GA, Gina Michelle Flowers of Newnan, GA; grandchildren, Jared (Keli) Flowers of Locust Grove, GA, Kelsey Flowers of Pensacola, FL, Breanna Shubert of Newnan, GA, Bobby D. Flowers, II of Huntsville, AL, Ashle’ (John) Hardy of Tampa, FL; great grandchildren, Arya Flowers and Owen Hardy; brothers, Roger Dale Flowers of Atlanta, GA and Michael Earl Flowers of Indiana. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 11, 2017 – 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family Friday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
