Victoria "Vicky" Jewell Pinkston Mulcahy, 49, passed away August 31, 2013, from a long battle with lung cancer.

She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Frankfort and a 2009 graduate from Bluegrass Technical College.

Mrs. Mulcahy was an employee of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet as a Program Development Tester since October 2009. She was a former employee of Bendix as a compressor assembly/machine operator from 1998-2007 and a Franklin County Bus Driver prior to that.

Mrs. Mulcahy is survived by her wonderful husband and best friend of 29 years, David W.; three precious children, her son, Michael W. (Tesa) Pinkston; her daughters, Stacy M. Mulcahy (Josh), and Kristy R. Mulcahy (Eric); 5 beautiful grandchildren, Brianna, Trinity, Gaven, Aiden, and Katherine; her sister, Mary Louise Linder (Steve); her brother, who passed away Monday, Robert L. (Judy) Pinkston; her nephews and nieces, Cathy, Gordon, Tina, Joey, Josh, Dawn, Chad, and Wes; as well as many great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert J. and Mary E. Pinkston; a sister, Patricia Ann Oliver; a nephew, Robert J. "Bobby Joe" Pinkston; and infant brother, Leroy E. Pinkston.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 6, at 2 p.m. at the Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, with Reverend Herman Bowers officiating. The Gathering for family and friends will take place from 12 p.m. until the time of the celebration at the Legacy Center. Contributions are recommended to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
