"At the home of her daughter, Ms. William Aldrich, on Decatur street, Mrs. Jane Foote died Friday morning, after a short illness. Mrs. Foote was an old resident of Westford, being about 82 years of age. Besides Mrs. Aldrich, shes is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Julius Elwell of Middlefield, and several grand children. The funeral was held at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Aldrich, on Sunday, at 10:30 a. m. The sermon was preached by Rev. Guy Snowden, a former pastor of Mrs. Foote, at Westford.
