Harry Russell (Russ) Johnson, 93, Lenexa, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2011, under hospice care at the home of his granddaughter Jennifer surrounded by his family. Russ was born August 6, 1917, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to this area as a young child. Russ had a long career with Mobil Oil as an auditor, retiring in 1980. One of his favorite hobbies after retiring was fishing with his family and friends on Beaver Lake in Arkansas. Russ served on the Mission, KS, City Council and was a member of the Old
Mission Masonic Lodge #153 for over 50 years.

Graveside services are Tuesday, February 1, at 1:00 p.m. at Johnson County Memorial Gardens, 11200 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS, 66210.

Russ was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years, Fern E Johnson. He is survived by his son Van Johnson
(Dana); daughter Susan Muscroft (Stewart); 3 granddaughters: Adrienne, Jennifer, and Breann and 3 great-granddaughters: Keegan, Arianna, and Madeline.
