Charlie Lee McAdams passed from this life Wednesday, February 8, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at Christus St Michaels Medical Center in Texarkana TX. Charlie was from Fouke AR. He was 67 years old.
Charlie is preceded in death by his parents Henry McAdams and Dovie May; his son John Micah McAdams; his daughter Anette Clark; and his sister Frances May. He is survived by his devoted wife Dalene McAdams of Fouke AR; son Caleb McAdams of Fouke AR; daughters Teresa Cutchall and husband Ernest of Atlanta TX, and Serena McWilliams and husband Chris of Fouke AR; brothers Richard McAdams of TX, Glyn McAdams and wife Kathy of Redwater TX, and David May and wife Aleta of Simms TX; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Above all, Charlie was a Christian - he loved to do the work of the church. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved his kids and grand kids. He was a big part of the Fouke community and loved to teach and coach after school sports.
Funeral Services will be under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home. A visitation will be held in Charlie’s honor, Saturday, February 11, 2017 beginning at 1:00 PM and ending at 2:00 PM, at Corinth Church of Christ in Fouke AR. Funeral Services will immediately follow at Corinth Church of Christ in Fouke AR, beginning at 2:00 PM and ending at 3:00 PM. Charlie will be interred at Corinth Church of Christ Cemetery in Fouke AR directly after the conclusion of his funeral services at 3:00 PM.
