James Edward Love, 69, of Lily, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Baptist Health Corbin.

Born in Keavy, he was the son of the late William A. Love and Lonnie Ethel Martin Love. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and was retired from the City of Corbin Street Department.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Faye Allen, and brothers Ray Lee Love and Oscar Love.

James is survived by two children: James A. Love (Alicia) and Barbara Masters (Pete); grandchildren: Jessica Love, Ashley Love, Shelby Love, Ava Knuckles, and Nick, Jeff and Amanda Masters; brothers: Tommy A. Love and Gary W. Love; and sister Anna Lou Powell, all who mourn his passing.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 17, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Fore and Rev. Keith Decker officiating. Burial will be in the Corn Creek Cemetery.
