She was involved in several ministries throughout her life and has left the lasting legacy of Sunday morning church services at Karcher Estates to her son-in-law Mike & grandson Mikey, as well as dear friends, Alley, Ron & Denise.

She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband, Don Daugherity, (who always saw her as his captivating young bride), several of her twelve siblings and survived by her five children (and constant friend Francis): Cindy Dorsey, Joseph Sindelar, Jannette Allbert (JJ), Pamuela Lewis, Penny (Jo) Nipper, (step son) Mitch Daugherity, and their spouses: Steven, Charolette, Mike & Ed. As well as her grandchildren: Shayla, Kayla, Forrest, Ashton, Rhianna, Kelsey (Krista), Autumn (Audie), Vyktoria (Tori) and Michael (Mikey) & their special others: Andrea & Destiny, as well as great grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be held at Alsip and Persons funeral chapel, Friday October 21 at 1 p.m. viewing starts at noon.

She loved taking trips with her husband and grandchildren, playing dice and card games with family and friends, reading the bible, fishing, camping, decorating and taking care of her home, sewing, working outdoors keeping her yard beautiful, lemon meringue pie and BBQ ribs.
