"Thomas H. Bertram, age 57, 32-year resident of Round Lake, Brainerd, died Wednesday, July 25, 2007, at his home. Thomas was born on May 23, 1950, in Belgrade, Minn., to Norbert and Valeria (Haider) Bertram. He married Paula Brang in Meire Grove, Minn., on Aug. 17, 1973. He was a member of St. Christopher's Catholic Church in Nisswa.
Survivors include his wife, Paula; two sons, Jason (Jill) Bertram, Baxter, and an expected grandchild, and Chad (Mandy) Bertram, Hanover, Minn., and granddaughter, Annika Bertram; one sister, Sharon (Dave) Burg, Minneapolis; three brothers, Romie (Carol) Bertram, Melrose, Minn., David (Nancy) Bertram, Belgrade, Minn., and Kevin (Ruth) Bertram, Belgrade.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2007, at St. Christopher's Catholic Church in Nisswa with Father George Zeck officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Nisswa. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd with a prayer service at 7 p.m. and the hour before services at the church on Saturday.
Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
