Mr. Albert was a druggist and formerly in business with the late Henry Bell in the Antietam House.
He was never married, and is survived by two brothers, Frederick and Robert F. Albert, both of Hagerstown.
Funeral this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the chapel of Suter & Sons; interment in (obituary says Zion Reformed - but he is actually in Rose Hill).
