Born in Mooresville 17 Oct 1886, Mrs. Wright had lived most of her life in the Waldron area. She was married 18 Oct 1923 to Walter Wright and he died 2 Mar 1965.
Survivors are two grand-daughters, Mrs. Larry (Deborah) McLane, Shelbyville, and Mrs. Stephen (Madeline) Jennings, Fairfax, Va.
Three brothers preceded in death as did a stepson, Carl W. Wright.
Mrs. Wright was a member of the Waldron Baptist Church. She and her husband operated Wrights' Confectionery Shop in Waldron for many years.
Services were Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Carmony Funeral Home in St. Paul with the Rev. Robert Hampton officiating.
Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends called at the funeral home after 4:00 p.m. Sunday.
