Darren Lynn Abbott, age 43, of Greenback, passed away Friday, February 24, 2017.
He was a Maryville High School graduate, enjoyed the outdoors and was once owner/operator of Abbott Concrete.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley W. "Cotton" Abbott and step father, Donald "Duck" Tarwater.
He is survived by his two children, son and fiancé, Blake A. Abbott and Stephanie Rei; daughter, Lauren N. Abbott; mother of his children, Marie Middleton all of Florida; mother, Blanche E. Tarwater of Greenback; brother and sister in law, John and Christy Abbott of Maryville; sister and brother in law, Teena and Paul Carroll; and nephews, Jessup and Otto Carroll of Friendsville.
Graveside service and interment 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Grandview Cemetery.
