Alva was the son of Eathern and Minnie May (Prater) Callicoat. He was a farmer. He married Zelda Speaks on January 3, 1944 at Milburn, OK, she preceded him in death. He later married Norene Fryer at Denison, TX, she preceded him in death. Tut was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed coon hunting, rodeoing, and horse racing. He is preceded in death by his parents; wives, Zelda (Speaks) Callicoat and Norene (Fryer) Callicoat; son, Randy Callicoat; granddaughter, Melody Lynn Stephenso; great great grandson, Cannon Christopher Croft; sisters Faye Walker, Irene Callicoat French, Annie French; and brothers, Pete Callicoat, Cecil Callicoat, Foy Callicoat. Service will be March 2, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Brown's Funeral Chapel in Atoka, OK. Burial will be at Bentley Cemetery.
