Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday January 27, 2009 at St. Paul's Catholic Church in St. Cloud, for Clayton A. Bertamus who died peacefully at home on Saturday in St. Cloud. Rev. Al Stangl will officiate. Friends and relatives may call from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26th at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud and also one hour prior to services at church on Tuesday. Parish prayers will be at 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home in St. Cloud.

Clayton was born June 9, 1934 to the late Aloysius & Armella (Nosbusch) Bertamus. He married Rosalyn Eischens on June 18, 1958 at St. Leo's Catholic Church, St. Leo, MN. He was a farmer for most of his life and also worked for Terrace Park Dairy in Canby, MN. He enjoyed wood working, hunting, fishing, baseball, softball, dancing, babysitting his grandchildren and classic country music.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Rosalyn; children and their spouses, Mike & Marcia of Burnsville, Sue Bertamus of St. Cloud, Laurie & Rowe Williams of Bradford, VT; two grandchildren, Kelsey Bertamus & Trent Bertamus; siblings, Nick Bertamus of Minneota and Anna &Tony Fier of Taunton. He was preceded in death by his brother, Al Bertamus, Jr.
