Born August 4, 1927, in Dutch Creek, she was the daughter of the late John C. Willoughby and Letha Kidd Willoughby. Lottie was a member of the Elma Methodist Church of Shipman. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters; Letha Mae Willoughby and Martha Franklin.
She is survived by her husband, Keith H. Smith; two daughters, Brenda L. Wright and her husband, Lee, of Faber, Becky A. Ragland and her husband, Duane, of Schuyler; and one son, Wayne B. Bryant of Troy. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Edward L. Wright Jr., Barbara Ranee Wright, Tonya Bryant, and Travis Bryant; and one great-granddaughter, Alexis N. Morris.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at 2 p.m. January 27, 2007, at the Wells/Sheffield Funeral Chapel in Lovingston with the Reverend Robert Price officiating. Interment will follow at the Elma Methodist Church Cemetery in Shipman.
