Jack was a United States Navy veteran of World War II.
Following his navy service, Jack attended the National School of Chiropractic where he earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He maintained a Chiropractic office in Green Bay where he was a practicing Chiropractor for over 40 years.
All who knew Jack knew him for his gracious and generous hospitality, his ever willingness to help and his many practical capabilities. The one thing he was incapable of was thinking or speaking ill of anyone.
Jack is survived by his best friend, constant companion and loving wife of 61 years, Pat.
He is also survived by sister-in-law, Marion (Donald);
brother-in-law, William (Kathleen);
five nieces: Pat (Mike) Becker, Elizabeth DiBoni, Barbara Auman, Karen Frink (John Emanuelsont), Sandra Frink (Rob Gjersoe);
five nephews: Dave (Jan) Remington, John (Amy) Remington, Rich (Donna) Remington, Tom (Conni) Auman and Paul (Jean) Auman.
He is further survived by many grandnieces, grandnephews and friends.
Jack was preceded in death by in addition to his parents;
his sister, Rosemary (James)Remington;
brother-in-law: John Auman;
and nephews: Mark Remington, Mike Remington and John Auman, Jr.
Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, Green Bay, from 10 a.m. to Noon, Wednesday, March 8. The Funeral Service will be at Noon, Wednesday at the funeral home with Deacon Jerry Coenen officiating. Entombment will be in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Town of Scott.
