Sandra Burnell (Gilbert) Pace, age 76, Russellville, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017, at ECM Hospital.
The visitation will be 6 - 8 p.m. today, March 6, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Speaking at the service will be Brother Lonnie Oldag and Bobby Bolton. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Ruth Gilbert; siblings, Earline Pennington, Elsie Pennington, Edna Tyler, Era McPherson, Gail Hammon, E.C. Gilbert, J.W. Gilbert, Carl Gilbert, and Kenneth Gilbert.
She leaves to cherish her memory, the father of her children, John Foster Pace; her children, Kenneth Ray Pace Sr., Barbara Gail Young (husband, Allen), Sandra Karan Vincent (husband, Danny), Pamela Joy Oliver (husband, DeWayne); 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The pallbearers will be Kenny Pace, Johnathan Pace, Jason Pace, Chris Winstead, Josh Winstead, Cliff Vincent, Kevin Vincent, and Tony Young. The honorary pallbearers will be Chad Borden, Floyd Young, Jason Brewer, and Caleb Thompson.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff of Russellville Health Care and the 6th floor and Palliative Care of ECM for the love and care of our mother.
