Ms. Gale L. Ness, 58, of Robbins, N.C., died Saturday, February 11, 2017 at her home. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon, on Friday, February 17, 2017, at Pine Rest Cemetery in Robbins with Rev. Bucky Davis presiding. Gale was born in Baltimore County, Maryland in 1958, daughter of the late Leo Robert Ness, Sr. and Ruby Frances James. Gale loved music, shopping, Nascar and collecting owls and lighthouses. She dedicated her life to caring for her son. Her time with family and friends was special to her, as she loved cooking and making her famous “sweet treats” for them.

She is survived by her son, Michael Brandon “Mikie” Dillow of Sanford, God-Son, Easton R. Thomas of Robbins, Grandmother, Mamie L. James of Ramseur, one brother, Leo Ness, Jr. and wife Bonnie of Robbins, three sisters, Sharon Dill of Pennsylvania, Connie Ness Long and Patty Roberts and husband Dan all of Robbins and a host of family and friends.
